Additional information: Characteristics A strong storyteller with good taste (both in terms of recognizing engaging content but also discerning about how/what/when to speak publicly) Dependable, able to manage multiple projects at once Organized enough to juggle projects and provide regular reports on production progress Collaborative and open to feedback, especially during the approval process Eager to deepen understanding of IJ Responsibilities: Brainstorm and collaborate on video ideas Record and edit clips into compelling social media videos Write scripts and coordinate with talent Manage regular updates in the project management system to ensure transparency in the production workflow Support other creative projects such as photography or graphic design as needed Ensure all media aligns with IJ branding and voice Required Skills: Proficiency in video editing software (ex.
