TERM: 1-year term from first use in any media; with the exception of non-paid digital media and third party non-downloadable sites where term is in perpetuity. ANTICIPATED VIDEO USE/MEDIA: Digital/Internet (paid and unpaid, including but not limited to Streaming, OTT, CTV, YouTube, pre-roll, Social), New Media, and Industrial (including but not limited to conventions, in-store/POS, trade shows, industry events, public spaces) OOH, Print (including stills pulled from video) and PR usage TERRITORY: Texas except that Digital media can be inherently worldwide USAGE FEE NOTE: Fee covers use of all video executions and any stills pulled from video, including lifts, edits and versions, per the Term, Media and Territory listed above.
