Rate: Fitting: $150 Session: $700/10hrs Usage: $4500 Run: All Media (excluding print or OOH) 2 years Print and OOH Option: $2500 Travel: $300/day Per Diem: $75/day Flight and hotel provided by production All rates are -20% Additional info: Shoot is in Orlando, FL, November 25.
