Theater Casting Call for "The Odd Couple" Play
Directors are currently in need of performers for production of "The Odd Couple". Please, see the details below. Rate: Unapaid. Additional information: Location: Devon, AB. Auditions will consist of cold readings from the script. Performance dates: May 15, 16, 17, 23, 24, 2026. Rehearsals will be twice a week to start based on majority of cast availability.

A recently separated and meticulously tidy news writer who moves in with his friend Oscar. He is neurotic, a hypochondriac, and prone to dramatic, histrionic behavior. He enjoys cooking, yoga, and has a deep appreciation for the classics.
A divorced and messy sportswriter who is the polar opposite of Felix. He is good-natured and carefree but also irresponsible, especially with money and household chores.
A sarcastic and outspoken member of Oscar's poker group.
A mild-mannered NYPD policeman who is also part of the poker group.
Oscar's accountant and a poker buddy known for his dry wit.
The most subdued of the poker buddies, often the butt of Speed's jokes.
Two flirtatious English sisters who are Oscar and Felix's upstairs neighbors. Gwendolyn is a bit more conservative, older and slightly more "motherly" English sister who is a bit forgetful. Cecily is a divorced sister who is more giggly and fun-loving.
