About the project: GENRE: Gothic industrial music video SYNOPSIS: “Don’t Think” explores themes of control and alienation both societally and personally with evocative and surreal imagery. The protagonist, Ezra, is an audience member at a surrealist concert- who slowly loses themself in the music. In a B plot we see manufacturers, men in a unique blend of industrial and medical garb, grooming and preparing Ezra for some kind of operation. Rate: The role will be compensated, rate TBD. Feels alienated and unable to connect with others. Ezra’s arc in the video is one of surrender and vulnerability, giving in to the pressures of everyone around them. This role is open casting for men and nonbinary actors. Ideally the actor would be very skilled in physical work and have a dramatic background.
