She doesn’t fit in, and she doesn’t hang out which makes her perfect target. It’s hard to make friends when you are the bull’s-eye of every practical joke in school - other people avoid her, just out of self-preservation. Nora is lonely; so lonely she invents a friend named, Indigo. Everything changes, as life does when you have a real friend, and for the first time Nora is happy. Until people start to notice Nora talking to herself, lots of people, including the school counselor Mr. Little.
