Additional information: This is a part-time remote position for a Digital Content Creator. The role involves producing and publishing three short videos per day, each up to 15 seconds long, across RoyalInvest.ca’s social media channels, including Instagram, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn. The goal is to create short, engaging, and educational videos. The content should feel natural, informative, and aligned with the company’s professional tone. Key responsibilities include: Creating three daily videos in English and French (for Québec audiences). Writing clear and relevant captions, titles, and hashtags that suit each platform. Ensuring each video follows a simple structure: a clear opening hook, a short demonstration or idea, and a call to action. Using available demo clips and platform footage to create feature highlights such as “how to sign a lease online” or “how to check a tenant’s credit instantly.” Maintaining consistent publishing across all company social channels. Reviewing engagement results and adjusting content style or focus as needed. Collaborating with the RoyalInvest team to plan and improve the overall content strategy. Qualifications: • Creative mindset with an eye for short-form storytelling and simple visual communication. • Bilingual proficiency in English and French (Québec French). • Familiarity with short-video platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts. • Basic knowledge of video editing tools such as CapCut, Canva, or Adobe Premiere. • Understanding of social media trends and how to adapt them to a professional audience. • Ability to produce authentic, natural content that reflects real communication, not automated or templated output. • No previous professional experience is required. Students and entry-level creators are welcome to apply. • Knowledge of real estate or property management is an asset but not required. Employment type: Part-time, remote, contract base Schedule: Flexible, with a target of three posts per day Probation period: One month Compensation: Fixed monthly rate with potential performance bonuses for videos that perform exceptionally well.
