Hiring content creator for ongoing projects. Details provided below. Additional info: What You'll Do Produce and manage engaging content. You’ll work with our Lead Content Producer to plan, film, and edit short-form videos, tutorials, and case studies that tell the BuildPass story. You’ll also write supporting copy that makes every piece of content worth sharing. Create scroll-stopping social campaigns. You’ll help to manage BuildPass’s social media presence, planning and scheduling posts, writing captions, tracking engagement, and keeping our brand voice sharp and consistent across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and beyond. You’ll also help amplify content through influencer partnerships, reposts, and collaborations with industry creators. Write with clarity and personality. You’ll help write blog posts, case studies, and newsletters that sound human — not corporate. You’ll turn complex construction tech into stories that are clear, relatable, and authentic. Collaborate on influencer and affiliate marketing. You’ll help identify and engage industry voices, creators, and partners who align with the BuildPass brand. You’ll assist in developing outreach campaigns and tracking the success of influencer and affiliate content. Use AI and creative tools to move faster. You’ll leverage AI tools for brainstorming, research, drafting, and creative exploration — helping scale your output while keeping a strong human voice. You'll constantly be experimenting with new tools to 10x your output. You'll see AI as a creative partner, not a threat. Collaborate and localise. You’ll work closely with the Lead Content Producer and marketing team to create content that resonates across audiences, including US-native content for our expanding market. Experiment and iterate. We move quickly — you’ll test new content formats, learn from data, and continually refine what works. Who You Are 2–4 years’ experience in content creation, marketing, or communications (SaaS or B2B a plus, not required) Comfortable using AI tools for creative production and scaling workflow. You don't just dabble - you reflexively ask "could AI do this?" for every repetitive task. Proven ability to film, edit, and produce digital and social content Skilled with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Figma Confident operating SLR/DSLR cameras, lighting, and audio setups; comfortable shooting solo Strong writing skills across short-form, long-form, and video scripting Proficient managing content calendars and social media platforms Interest in influencer and affiliate marketing Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Bonus: Experience in case studies, customer storytelling, or construction/SaaS/startup environments To be considered, please apply.
