Additional information: Dates & Hours: Sunday, 2 November 2025: 10:00–18:00 (call time 09:30); Monday, 3 November 2025: 10:00–15:00 (call time 09:30); Location: Pan Pacific Toronto. What you’ll do: • Greet and register attendees; solve badge and check-in questions with grace; • Keep the front-of-house flowing; direct guests to exhibitors, seminars, and lounges; • Coordinate with A/V and show management, keep the schedule on time; • Deliver short housekeeping announcements and intros on mic (as needed); • Maintain a calm, sophisticated presence throughout show hours.
