This is a dual-performance role. The Doctor appears grounded, calm, and professional — a clinician trying to reassure his patient. The Gaunt Man is his nightmarish double: unsettling, skeletal in presence, and haunting. Ability to portray both a grounded, realistic character and a chilling, silent presence Strong facial expression and physical control — much of the horror relies on stillness and presence Comfortable with light makeup (pale complexion, under-eye work) and basic VFX markers
