Yet even lost in the city the boy is not alone. There are young lovers and shadows, voices and creatures, and something magical too. Loved by his mother and by no one else, “The Boy Who Sang to the Moon” is a story of a lonely boy and the song that comes from the deepest of breaths. This piece is short and part of a larger work. Additional info: Come prepared with a track to sing along with and ready to do readings from the script. Music choices should be similar to (but not necessarily from): Hadestown, Come From Away, Once on This Island, Once, or a 70's story telling song.
