About the project: "Brightlife Kids" is free personalized support for California families. Kids ages 0–12 get free, expert coaching for sleep issues, worry, social skills, and more. Parents remember a simpler childhood with fewer screens and more freedom, but raising kids now means navigating new, complex challenges: the constant buzz of technology, the pressures of social media, and a rising cost of living. You’ll ask a question and our Brightlife Kid Coach will help parents navigate tough situations.
