About the project: THE FADE is an independent short film set in the early 2000s Carolinas — a psychological thriller exploring guilt, memory, and the thin line between the living and the dead. It’s an emotional story about a man haunted by his past and the ghostly echoes of a fire that changed everything. Genre: Psychological Thriller / Drama Format: Short film (20 minutes) Rate: Unpaid / IMDb credit / Meals. Additional info: Location: Fort Mill, SC & surrounding Carolina areas Shoot Dates: TBD (November–December, flexible weekend schedule. possibly spring 2026) All roles require strong emotional expression and comfort performing in atmospheric outdoor scenes (fog, mist, rural settings).
