About the project: When Louise Maske's underpants accidentally fall down in public during a parade for the King, her uptight husband Theo fears scandal and social ruin. Instead, their misfortune sparks the interest of several eccentric suitors, all eager to rent a room in the Maske household-bringing chaos, comedy, and a battle of egos to the quiet couple's lives. Steve Martin's adaptation of Carl Sternheim's German farce is witty, fast-paced, and unapologetically ridiculous. Additional info: What to Expect Please come prepared with a one minute comedic monologue and a willingness to play. Callbacks with readings for specific parts will be scheduled on Nov. 24 if needed.
