"Forever Home" Horror Thriller Seeking Cast

Logline: A young couple tours their dream home with an unsettling real estate agent, only to discover the house holds a dark secret. Rate: Paid. Additional info: Production type: indie Run time: short Union status: non-union Shooting: one short shoot day must happen as soon as possible to capture the brief exterior scenes before leaves are all gone. The other full shoot day will be scheduled close to the exterior shoot day. When applying, please include headshot, resume and demo reel. A veteran real estate agent with a polished exterior. He is charming, articulate, and seemingly trustworthy. Beneath the polished exterior, however, is something deeply unsettling. Requirements: Actor must be skilled with subtle menace and controlled delivery. Suited look; sharp features a plus.
An optimistic, curious young woman who’s excited about starting a new chapter with her husband. She’s practical yet impulsive when her curiosity is piqued. Requirements: Needs range from natural warmth to terror. Must handle emotional intensity and physical acting in horror scenes.
