About the project: “Chicago P.D.,” a police procedural drama, is a key component of the acclaimed “One Chicago” franchise. Premiering in 2014, the series is set against the dynamic backdrop of the Chicago Police Department’s Intelligence Unit. Led by the dedicated and often intense Sergeant Hank Voight, portrayed by Jason Beghe, the unit navigates the complex challenges of law enforcement in the Windy City. “Chicago P.D.” delves into the personal and professional lives of the officers as they tackle high-stakes cases, confront moral dilemmas, and form unbreakable bonds. The show is celebrated for its realistic portrayal of crime-solving, its diverse ensemble cast, and its exploration of the moral gray areas that law enforcement officers navigate. Rate: Training pay: Flat $75 (training will last 4 hours or less) Filming pay: $132.80/8 (each day you are booked) Additional info: Tattoos are okay! (Directors will have to have your artist sign off in advance of filming) - Piercings are cool but no hoops that could be ripped out - Should be relatively fit, athletic, agile and comfortable handling a prop firearm REQUIREMENTS: - Must be available Tuesday 10/21 (time TBD) to attend a tactical training session - Must have relatively OPEN availability between Tuesday 10/21 and Thursday 10/30 (filming dates aren't scheduled yet) - Must include any relevant tactical or military/law enforcement experience in your submission that would be beneficial for us to know - Do you have previous experience with firearms, or prop firearms? (You will not be firing anything; only holding and holstering the prop) - If selected for training, you will need to bring your own BELT and GYM SHOES/SNEAKERS (no boots).
