Performers will be mingling, dining, and reacting naturally throughout the scene to help create an authentic, lively atmosphere.

Wardrobe will be provided or should match a clean, uniformed look — black dress pants, white button-up, apron, and tidy appearance.

Ideal demeanor is poised, confident, and attentive, with subtle authority in managing the flow of the evening.
