About the project: STORYLINE: Little Women: The Musical follows the March sisters – Meg, Jo, Beth, and Amy – as they navigate life, love, and personal growth during the Civil War era in Concord, Massachusetts. The story, adapted from Louisa May Alcott's novel, explores their individual journeys as they come of age, face challenges, and pursue their dreams. Jo, an aspiring writer, seeks to make her mark in the world while grappling with societal expectations and romantic entanglements. The musical also highlights themes of family, sisterhood, and the importance of kindness and resilience. Rate: $950 stipend for inclusive of all rehearsals and performance dates. Paid at the end of the contract for each show.
