About the project: Logline: Haunted by his past and drowning in vice, Detective Crenshaw along with his partner Stone, claws his way through the underbelly of a corrupt South Dallas community to expose a ruthless sex trafficking ring-where saving others may be his last shot at saving himself. UNFILLED ROLE A tall handsome (5’9” and up) man who spent his life on the streets dabbling in a little bit of everything from street crimes to assault. Once an orphan, he becomes an archnemesis of Detective Crenshaw while he struggles to get his life together.
UNFILLED ROLE A mysterious (deep) voice, almost spiritual presence, the Figure appears throughout Crenshaw’s journey to offer wisdom, guidance, and calm.
UNFILLED ROLE Dry, sarcastic, and unimpressed with the chaos of police work, the Precinct Clerk handles calls and paperwork with biting wit. Though not malicious, her apathy and constant sarcasm provide a touch of dark humor to the station’s atmosphere.
UNFILLED ROLE Talented but embittered, officer Jones resents the chief’s success. Convinced she’s been overlooked, her bitterness bleeds into her work. Her partnership with officer Jones fuels her ambition, but her envy clouds her judgment.

Though not heartless, his apprehension often clashes with the urgency of the detectives and the chief, creating high-stakes conflict between bureaucracy and justice.

Cold, manipulative, and always two steps ahead, The Broker represents the embodiment of greed and corruption at the heart of the crisis.
UNFILLED ROLE A hardened enforcer within the trafficking network, McMillan oversees the captivity and movement of kidnapped women. Loyal to The Broker, he’s known for his brutality and lack of remorse. More than just muscle, McMillan is cunning enough to keep the victims under psychological control, making him a dangerous obstacle for Crenshaw and Stone.
