ONLY LOCAL TALENT WILL BE ACCEPTED. Seeking Lead (Iranian) and supporting roles for "86" film. Please, see the details below. About the project: A mother and her children work together at a restaurant, and are at odds about how much of their old life they want to share. Rate: Non-Union, Unpaid. Food and reel footage provided. Additional information: Shooting in the Toronto/North York area on Oct 24-29. Not all roles are needed for all the days. When applying, please submit your head shot and reel (if available).

Iranian, other is a rule follower. She builds a schedule and sticks to it, and will do whatever she can to help someone else. Before she escaped Iran, she was a well loved kindergarten teacher, and now works in the kitchen of a restaurant with her son and daughter.
Iranian. Daughter is a stubborn but hardworking young woman who does not take her freedom for granted. She's protective of her family, and passionate about her future in the culinary arts.
Iranian, playable age range 17-19. Son is almost your typical teenage boy in 2025. He's learning be outwardly loving while not being cringe, but he doesn't play around when it comes to family. Son has the least amount of memories of his childhood in Iran.
