Auditions for January show "1776" the musical. Seeking cast. Please see the breakdown below. Additional info: Please see the attachments & download the audition packet and audition form. Each cast member portrays a specific historic figure, and every character has lines. What to Expect: *Be prepared to sing a 16-bar cut of a song in the style of the show. An accompanist will be available; please bring your sheet music. *You may be asked to read from the script. *Be prepared to learn a brief dance combination. *Please print and bring your audition form (see the attachments) with you to the audition. (Copies will also be available at the audition.) *If you have a resume and headshot, you may bring them as well. Rehearsals: *Rehearsals will begin in early November. *Rehearsals will be Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday evenings and will include some Saturday and Sunday afternoons with advance notice. *Rehearsals will break for Thanksgiving and Christmas.
