Additional information: Key Responsibilities: Create, manage, and publish content across Forward Creative and client social media accounts (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, etc.); Develop content calendars and schedule posts aligned with brand voice, accessibility standards, and campaign goals; Draft captions, design graphics, and produce short-form video content, working independently or with the design team; Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and foster active online communities; Track analytics across accounts and prepare monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations; Stay up to date on social media trends, accessibility practices, and platform updates to keep content inclusive, fresh, and relevant; Coordinate with project managers and clients to align campaigns with broader marketing initiatives; Contribute creative ideas to strengthen storytelling and deepen audience engagement. Your Skills & Experience: 1–3 years of experience in content creation, social media management, or digital marketing (agency or multi-account experience is an asset) Strong understanding of social media platforms and their audiences (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, etc.) Excellent writing and editing skills with a focus on storytelling, tone, and engagement Graphic design and video editing skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar) are strong assets Familiarity with scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Later, Meta Business Suite) Knowledge of accessibility best practices for digital and social content Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable balancing multiple accounts at once Proactive, curious, and excited to experiment with new formats and ideas.
