Theatre Casting Call for "Get A Clue"
Seeking talent for "Get A Clue" an interactive parody mystery. See the roles below. ONLY LOCAL TALENT WILL BE CONSIDERED. About the project: GET A CLUE is a wild, campy, laugh-out-loud parody inspired by the classic board game and characters. This is NOT the polished movie version — it’s a raunchy, pop-culture-packed farce with live audience interaction, outrageous physical comedy, over-the-top characters, and running gags that break the fourth wall. Think dinner-theatre chaos meets sketch comedy (like The Carol Burnett Show, SCTV or SNL) with a murder weapon. We do cocktail part versions of the show as well. Rate: $50 per show plus tips. Completed rehearsal stipend is possible. Additional info: Rehearsals: Schedule TBD Performance Dates: December 4, and then TBD at various venues What to Prepare: A 1–2 minute comedic monologue (big characters welcome — think farce, parody, or stand-up). Prepare to read sides from the script. Most of all come prepared to have fun! REHEARSALS Begin: October 12th Schedule: Mon thru Thursday, 7 PM – 9:30 /10 PM When applying, please send your name, headshot/resume (if available), and preferred audition slot.
