Her journey builds toward a fleeting but powerful reunion with her child — a reminder of what really matters amidst the noise of life. The music video blends narrative realism with subtle motion graphics and stylized visuals, capturing both the heaviness of isolation and the warmth of small moments of joy. Rate: Non-Union. She’s quietly resilient, a little worn by life but still carries warmth and tenderness, especially when reunited with her child. Notes: Must be comfortable with emotional performance (range from exhaustion to joy). Will appear in multiple locations (apartment, Commercial Drive, bar, Gastown).
Andy’s demanding boss at the Mexican restaurant. Stern, short-tempered, and dismissive. The boss represents the grind Andy is stuck in, pushing her to the breaking point. Notes: Small but pivotal role. Scene involves confronting Andy in a back alley, delivering sharp, impatient lines. Strong presence and ability to convey authority and pressure required.
