Audition Information Date: Saturday, October 4th, 2025 Time: 12:00 PM Location: Memphis, TN. 38117 Room: Plaza A Meeting Room Pay: ranges from $50-$100 per show, depending on role + guest gratuity! The Dinner Detective is holding auditions! Voted Best Dinner Show and Best Improvised Show across the country, with 108 locations nationwide! Solve a hilarious mystery while you feast on a fantastic dinner. Just beware! The culprit is hiding in plain sight somewhere in the room, and you may find yourself as a Prime Suspect before you know it! Join us for an event that is very different from a traditional murder mystery dinner show. Our actors are not dressed in costume and are hidden in the audience! This results in a fun, social, and interactive evening suitable for all adults. Our shows are set in the present day and take place in real time. This is an ongoing run. Most shows take place on Saturday nights.

We are looking for seated actors, hosts and detectives for our newest location in Memphis! No experience necessary, just love meeting new people, and having fun. If you're interested in a host role, you'll need to be an organized leader, and detectives do need some improv experience. All roles pay flat rate, plus gratuity!
