About the project: Set in a dystopian America ruled by religious authoritarianism, the film is a poetic, intense exploration of patriarchal violence. While shot in English, the film will be fully dubbed into another language, giving actors a rare opportunity to craft performances rooted in physicality, gesture, and pure emotion. This is an ideal project for performers excited by bold, highly stylized storytelling. Rate: $125/day + Housing provided during desert shoot. Additional info: SHOOT INFO: Shoots January 15-19 in Mojave, CA, and on January 25th in Orange. Performers with theatre and dance experience are also highly encouraged to apply.
