It’s Christmastime in Fayro, Texas, and the squabbling Futrelle sisters are trying to stage a Christmas program at the local church—but things aren’t going as planned. The youngest Futrelle sister. Kind-hearted and heavily pregnant with twins, she’s struggling to stay calm amid the chaos, hormones, and unexpected family drama.
The wild middle sister. Quick-tempered, sarcastic, and recently arrested for setting her cheating ex-boyfriend’s car on fire. A firecracker with a soft side buried deep.
The oldest Futrelle sister and a flamboyant, theatrical soul. Desperate to redeem herself as the director of the church Christmas program. Equal parts chaos and charm.
Frankie and Dub’s spirited young daughter. Smart, sassy, and full of energy. G.J. is a bright spot in the midst of the family chaos and often has a more grounded perspective than the adults around her. She's confident, observant, and not afraid to speak up.
Frankie’s well-meaning husband. A bit overwhelmed by the holiday madness and impending fatherhood, but always supportive and good-hearted.
The church secretary. Sardonic, grounded, and efficient. A voice of reason with a dry sense of humor and a low tolerance for nonsense.
Bossy, opinionated, and socially ambitious. She’s determined to wrest control of the pageant and believes she knows what’s best for everyone—especially the church.
A sweet, childlike man with a deep love for Elvis. He may be slow, but his heart is pure, and he’s unexpectedly perfect for a key moment in the Christmas program.
A young, earnest pastor trying to hold the church together amid the insanity. Optimistic and good-natured, but completely out of his depth with the Futrelles.
A no-nonsense matriarch with strong opinions and a sharp tongue. Geneva doesn’t suffer fools gladly and isn’t afraid to speak her mind—especially to Honey Raye.
A local policeman and Twink’s long-suffering ex-boyfriend. Earnest, good-hearted, and a little flustered, especially when dealing with Twink’s fiery temper and unpredictability.
