LEAD The protagonist of the story is a recovering addict in his 20s. Due to his excessive drug use, his body has gotten smaller; he is skinny or very slim. Sunny is shy and is the kind of guy who is always holding back something that he wants to say. Sunny is easily persuaded and quickly gives in to urges. He is emotionally unavailable. It should be played like a wounded puppy.
LEAD Charming and charismatic, but he has an ominous presence. He's a functional drug addict and a narcissist. He is strong and fit and exercises on a daily basis. He's somewhat of a subtle Patrick Bateman. Nick is the antagonist of the film. It should be played with charisma.
