(Lead) Maya presents herself as bright and put-together, but beneath that surface, she hides her grief and desperation. As she relives both the best and worst day of her life, she desperately tries to change the tragic outcome while being unable to reveal it.
(Lead) Jun is carefree and genuinely warm and caring, with a bright future in orchestral music ahead of him. He’s a devoted and playful best friend to Maya, which makes his loss all the more profound.
Maya’s mom is a playful but deeply intuitive person who serves as Maya’s shoulder to cry on. She supports her unconditionally, reassuring her even when Maya hides her grief and pain from her.
Jun’s dad is a stern and serious man, shaped by the past loss of his wife. Beneath the harsh exterior, he truly cares for Jun and wants nothing but for him to secure his future. Later, he is able to find a connection with Maya through their shared grief, and reassures her with his wisdom.
