"A Christmas Carol" Musical Seeking Performers
Audition notice for "A Christmas Carol" the musical. Looking for cast. ONLY LOCAL TALENT WILL BE CONSIDERED. See the details below. Rate: Every eligible actor will receive a paid travel stipend at the end of the show’s run. The Theatre, when needed, will offer equity guest contracts to members of the union and contracts for professional actors. Additional info: Music from the show, scenes, or choreography will be taught at the night of auditions. Some performers may be asked to attend callbacks on the same night of their audition. Vocal sides will be sent in advance of the audition date, and after directors have confirmed your appointment. Production details: -Rehearsals: Oct 12 – Nov 20 (Sun–Thur, 6:30–10:30 PM) -Tech Week (Mandatory): Nov 16–20 -Performances: Nov 21 – Dec 14 (Fri 8 PM, Sat 2 & 8 PM, Sun 2 PM) Additional Thursday shows may be added. When applying, please include: - Your SATB vocal part - Preferred date & time (Sunday, Sept 21 – 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM or Monday, Sept 22 – 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM) - Headshot - Walk-ins will be seen in order of arrival but may face long wait times. - Performers traveling 90+ miles may submit a virtual audition by Sept 20 with headshot, resume, vocal selection, and dance reel (if applicable). Please include if there are any specific roles you’d like to be considered for, if you would be willing to accept any other role, if you have any conflicts throughout the run, and if you would require housing if available.

Vocal Range -(C3 - Gb4). Bob is a good-natured and hard-working man, doing his best to stay positive while supporting a large family and working for a difficult boss. (Male Identifying).
