About the project: "Defining Scrooge: A Christmas Carol Story", an original adaptation with live musicians and original songs. Be the first to bring these characters to life in this brand-new version of a timeless classic! Additional info: What to prepare: MUST bring headshot (absolutely does not need to be professional, just need your face), resume, and conflicts. A short monologue, poem, story, or a few jokes (under 2 minutes). An a cappella Christmas song. (Music will be included in the production, but if you prefer not to sing, exceptions can be made.) Rehearsals: Begin October 14 Mondays–Thursdays, 6:00–9:00 PM Some Saturdays, 9:00 AM–12:00 PM Tech Week (final week before opening): all cast members must stay until the end of rehearsal (approx. 10:00 PM or later). Break for Thanksgiving. Performance dates: December 5–7 and 12–14 Two performances on December 6 and 13 If you are interested, please apply.
