About the project: Good intentions collide with absurd assumptions in this wickedly funny satire. Four white people struggle to write a historically accurate first Thanksgiving play for children that doesn’t piss off the funders, the founders, the parents, or the universe. Additional info: Parts are available for all gender expressions. Please note that most characters in this show are white-passing, as it is relevant for the presentation of the piece. The role of Alicia is written to be ethnically ambiguous in presentation. Video submissions will be accepted. First readthrough will be October 13. Rehearsals will typically be 3-4 times a week.
