Seeking Performers for "The Wizard of Oz" Show

The company is holding auditions for "The Wizard of Oz" Show and looking for performers, please see the details below. ONLY LOCAL TALENT WILL BE CONSIDERED. About the project: Skip down the yellow brick road like you never have before, with this comedic retelling of L. Frank Baum's 1900's children's novel, The Wizard of Oz. Dorothy is a shy girl from Minnesota, who constantly clings to her stuffed dog toto, until one day she is flown by tornado to the land of Oz. In Oz, Dorothy learns to make friends with a peculiar set of characters! A scarecrow who learns to problem solve, a tinman who learns to feel, and a lion who learns to be brave - all while out-running a wicked witch, who just wants to dance! Additional info: Performances: November 1-9, 2025 Rehearsal Dates Script Pick-Up: (TBD) Fri. Sept. 19 Regular Rehearsals: Mon. Sept. 22 - Sat. Oct. 25 Dress Rehearsals: Mon. Oct. 27-Thurs. Oct. 30 Regular rehearsals will be held weeknight evenings from 5pm - 9pm in downtown Farmington. Saturday rehearsals may be scheduled if needed. Rehearsals for younger actors in part-time, roles usually do not run past 8:00pm Dress Rehearsals will run each night from 5pm - 10pm. (Most actors will not need to arrive until 6pm.) Performance Dates Saturday, Nov. 1 at 2pm and 7pm Sunday, Nov. 2 at 4pm Thursday, Nov. 6 at 7pm Friday, Nov. 7 at 7pm Saturday, Nov. 8 at 2pm and 7pm Sunday, Nov. 9 at 4pm Note: There is a fee.
