"Miracle on 34th Street" Musical Needs Actors

Looking for performers for November 2025 production of "Miracle on 34th Street" the musical. ONLY LOCAL TALENT WILL BE CONSIDERED. See more info below. About the project: Based on the holiday classic film with a fun score by Meredith Willson, Miracle on 34th Street tells the story of single mother, Doris Walker, who doesn't want her six-year-old Susan's head filled with romantic notions. Their neighbor, Fred Gailey, tries to woo Doris by charming Susan and taking her to see Santa Claus at Macy's, where Doris works. Doris is not impressed, but when it turns out that Macy's Santa may, in fact, be the real Kris Kringle, a wave of love spreads across New York City that melts even the most cynical hearts. Additional info: All auditionees are asked to prepare the following: · Up to 32 bars of their best classic musical theatre or American Standard music selection. Please bring your sheet music in the correct key in a notebook or published book for the accompanist. · There will be a mandatory short dance audition for some auditionees. · If you have one available, please bring a copy of your headshot and resume. Video auditons: see the document attached. Some performers may be asked to a call-back on Saturday September27th between 10:00AM and 1:00PM. Rehearsal dates: On or about September 30th to November 20th typically 3 weekday evenings and one weekend day. Directors are hoping to lock in a Monday, Tuesday, Thursday evening and Saturday daytime rehearsal schedule - please be aware that rehearsal conflicts will be taken into consideration when casting.
