LEAD. Persian. Roya is grieving the loss of her daughter while trying to raise her teenage son. She is kind, yet stern. Loves to cook. She left her husband right after her son was born and raised both children in Canada. Her English is a bit accented. Must be Persian. Actors applying for Roya, we would accept younger applicants if you believe you can pull off 40s. (applicants 30-50 acceptable).
Kahren: SUPPORTING | Persian | Kahren is a Persian teenager, (Adult who looks like a teenager would be fine). He is moody and grieving his sister's death with anger. Must know basic Farsi or be Persian.
SUPPORTING/SOC. Persian. She is the dead daughter, will only be in a couple of shots. She is kind-hearted and brave. Loved her family and friends. This role is perfect for new actors looking to gain experience on set. Persian actors preferred.
VOICE ACTOR. Androgynous voice, the embodiment of god. Remote work ok. Ominous presence who has the energy of Death in Seventh Seal.
