Theater Casting Call for "Blithe Spirit" Play
Seeking performers for production of "Blithe Spirit". See the details below. About the pay: The story is set in 1940's England at the Condomine's country home in rural Kent. Author Charles embarks upon research for his new book, "The Unseen", by inviting Madam Arcati to dinner in the hopes that her work as a psychic will reveal the secrets of communicating with those in the afterlife. To complete the necessary numbers for a séance, he has invited the Bradmans. The Condomines and Bradmans are all sceptical of the process and anticipate that Madam Arcati will be a charlatan. What transpires leads to the hilarious results for those who dabble in the unknown. Additional information: SHOW DATES (2026) March 8, 15 & 22 @ 2:00pm; March 14, 20 & 21 @ 7:30pm. Rehearsals will commence on December 7th 2025 10am at the theatre for a Table Read/ Lunch Break/Discussion on Characters, Costumes/Props etc. Thereafter, rehearsals will be held on Sundays, 10am to 4pm, and Mondays 7pm to 10pm (commencing January 4th, 2026).
