About the project: Set in the vibrant 1960s, this heartwarming musical follows Tracy Turnblad as she dreams big and breaks barriers on a local TV dance show. With infectious tunes, dazzling choreography, and a powerful message about acceptance and equality, Hairspray is a joyous celebration of love, courage, and change. Additional info: Auditioners should prepare to sing any song of their choosing, acapella and wear comfortable clothing for learning a short movement combination. Cold readings will be done from provided sides. Show date: April 17, 18, 24 & 25, 2026 - 7:30pm April 19 & 26, 2026 - 3pm
