Feature Film “Express Entry” Seeks an Actress
ONLY LOCAL TALENT WILL BE ACCEPTED. Directors are currently in need of an actress for a indie feature film “Express Entry”. See the details below. Rate: Non Union/Unpaid/IMDB credits. Additional information: Shortlisted candidates will be called for further auditions either in person or online, they will be given a scene in advance to perform for the audition. This is a passion project and an ultra low/no budget film hence looking for actors who are highly passionate about their craft and will be able to commit to the entire project since they are also the lead characters in the film. This project is also a good opportunity for someone who is looking to build a portfolio as an actor. Schedule: Tentative dates of filming will be August 2025 - Mar 2026. She is Renuka’s manager at her 1st job in Canada. She is a wife and a mother, strong woman, good leader, kind, helpful and fun loving. She helps Renuka and Kalyan set their feet in the new country. When Renuka comes across rude customers, Gurleen instils confidence in her and gives her moral support. She is a Punjabi so we need someone who is from Punjab and is fluent in Punjabi and Hindi. Her English is not fluent and has an accent.
