About the project: Holiday Inn is a heartwarming, soulful family dramedy set during the holiday season at a beloved Black-owned Bed & Breakfast. With laughter, love, sharp-tongued aunties, surprise revelations, and a sprinkle of Christmas magic, this original story follows the Holiday family as they fight to save their home and legacy. Complete with live music, nostalgic flashbacks, and modern holiday soul, Holiday Inn is a festive gift wrapped in family, faith, and second chances. Rate: This is a paid opportunity. All cast members will receive a stipend, commensurate with role size and rehearsal commitment. Additional perks include promotional features, holiday cast gifts, and digital media for your portfolio. Additional info: Seeking a diverse cast of adults with strong acting skills, comedic timing, and emotional depth. Singing ability is a plus. WHAT TO PREPARE: • Cold reads from the script • Optional: 30–60 second monologue • If auditioning for a singing role, be prepared to sing 8–16 bars of a Christmas or soul-inspired song (a cappella or with track) Sides provided at audition.
