"Comedy of Errors" Play Casting Non Equity Actors

Seeking Non-AEA strong actors for play "Comedy of Errors". ONLY LOCAL TALENT WILL BE CONSIDERED. Please see the details below. Rate: Current pay model is as follows: The company takes 20% of gross ticket sales for operating costs and emergency fund. The remaining 80% of ticket sales are split evenly amongst the cast. Audience also tips performers, and performers receive 100% of tips. They work hard to pay performers as much as possible. Since they have a profit-share model based on ticket sales, you may be paid a different amount for each show as audience attendance fluctuates. Performer payout historically ranges from $50-90 per performance. That said, they have a minimum base pay of $50. This means that, regardless of ticket sales, you are guaranteed to be paid at least $50 per show.
