Performers Needed for Theatre Audition "Annie"
Seeking performers for "Annie" musical. Please see the details below. ONLY LOCAL TALENT WILL BE ACCEPTED. Additional info: Prepare -Your assigned character song (16-32 bars). -A brief monologue that shows your character’s personality. -Be ready to read from the script. -Comfortable clothes for movement/dancing. What to Expect. -Vocal audition with your prepared song from above -Cold reading from the script -Dance audition with a choreography combination -Possible callbacks for lead roles on August 14 from 7-9 PM Rehearsal Schedule: First Meeting: September 10th at 7:00 PM Regular Rehearsals: Mondays and Wednesdays: 7:00 PM - 9:00 PM Sundays: 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM A detailed rehearsal schedule will be provided at the audition. Performance Dates: November 22nd through December 7th Specific Performance Schedule: November 22, 23, 29, 30 at 2:00 PM December 5 at 7:30 PM December 6, 7 at 2:00 PM Additional Performances: If performances sell out, additional performances may be added in the evening on Saturday matinees at 7:30 PM with a possible extension to December 13, 14 at 2:00 PM. The student who plays her must have an excellent sense of comic timing.
