About the project: Damien is a 15 year old coding genius, he hopes to become a software engineer one day and create his own tech company, he lives with his mother Breonna in a nice apartment building on the Westside of Atlanta, Breonna his father Damien Sr. has just been released from Prison and he’s trying to turn his life around by taking on an honest job working in an auto shop. Things go array when Breonna is arrested for credit card fraud and Damien Sr. must now figure out how to help get her out as well as being a parent, provider, and mentor for Damien Jr. Damien Jr. feels the pressure to make his dream of owning his own tech company a reality to assist in getting his mother out of jail, however he is met with life changing obstacles that attempt to derail him from his goals. Mr. Bryant is a Morehouse graduate with a degree in computer science, motivated by his passion to get more black youth into coding and technology he started an after school program that teaches and mentors youth in coding. In his after school class he has a child prodigy by the name of Damien Scott Jr. He takes the young man under his wing and works closely with him to help him make his tech company MA'AT a reality.
