ONLY LOCAL TALENT WILL BE ACCEPTED. Seeking cast for a short film "Intoxicated". More details are below. About the project: An LGBTQ+ indie short film about love, grief, and addiction. Told through the lens of two young women whose bond is built on music and shared pain, this intimate, raw, and emotionally layered story explores how far love can stretch before it breaks. Rate: Unpaid – Passion Project. Meals will be provided. Festival submission planned. Additional information: Filming in Toronto. Dates: August 8–10, 2025. Apply by: Saturday Jul 26, 2025. LGBTQ+ community & allies encouraged to apply. Couples welcome to audition – there is physical intimacy, no nudity. Filming in Central GTA. 1 online & 1 in-person rehearsal (Rexdale area).
