About the project: QuestChat is a phone-based dating platform for adults 30+, focused on genuine, voice-first connection. Hardline Chat is a phone-based gay social line helping men build real, stigma-free connections. Rate: Paid, non-union. Rates are negotiable ($200-$500/day depending on role) Additional info: Location: Port Credit, Ontario Shoot Dates: August 15th-18th and 21st-23rd Usage: Digital (social + web) + TV broadcast, in-perpetuity (media only used by Questchat and its related companies, it will never be sold) Select applicants will receive self-tape sides or Zoom callback requests. - Quirky, oddball, slightly off-putting - Portrays "that weird guy you went on a date with" - Comedic timing is a must - Must be expressive with body language and facial expression
HARDLINE ROLE - The emotional anchor of the Hardline spots - Gay or LGBTQ+ identifying preferred (not required) - Must show vulnerability, loneliness, confidence, and longing - Comfortable in solo scenes with emotional or voice-over-driven acting
