About the project: Synopsis: Wanda, a troubled young artist, returns home after the death of her estranged father. While trying to process her trauma, she seeks a distraction by visiting a local alien themed festival. The popular outdoor event, and former UFO crash site, morphs from smiling families at pumpkin patch to dead bodies on blood-soaked soil. As visitors begin brutally attacking one another, she’s forced to fight for more than her own survival. Rate: Paid. TBD. Additional info: Location: Tupelo/Pontotoc, MS area. AR actors may also apply. Working as local hire. Union status: non-union. Callbacks: Saturday, July 26-27th - Tupelo, MS. Filming date: late September - mid November (filming in sections). Date info: exact dates are TBD. To accommodate the production, they’ll be shooting the project in sections, spread out over various weeks. The majority of principal photography will take place in the Tupelo/Pontotoc, MS area during October, with some sections spilling into September and November.
