Casting Call for Musical "Legally Blonde"
"Legally Blonde" the musical casting actors. ONLY LOCAL TALENT WILL BE CONSIDERED. See more info below. Rate: Directors cannot provide performer compensation at this time. Some comp tickets will be provided for each cast member. Additional info: Please prepare 32 to 64 bars of a musical theatre song in the style of the show. Please provide your own accompaniment track on your phone. A speaker will be provided. You may present a 1-minute monologue in addition to your song but this is not required. If you are unable to attend in-person, video submissions will be accepted. Invited callbacks will be Sunday, September 14th 5:00 -10:00pm. Regular rehearsals will begin on November 3rd running on weekday evenings and some weekends. The schedule will vary to accommodate time off for holidays. The quintessential Valley Girl who follows her ex-boyfriend to Harvard Law School and realizes that she has more to offer than just a pretty face and a bubbly personality. Range: F3 - F5.
A smart and sensitive law student who takes Elle under his wing. He is charming, quirky, loveable, and friendly. Range: A2 - A4
A brash, caring, optimistic hair stylist who is friends with Elle and longs to find a man for herself. Range: G3 - A5.
A pompous, sleezy and manipulative law professor at Harvard who is highly successful, but completely immoral. Range: A2 - F4.
