Rate: Day rate: $600 per 10 hr day (for OCP and 2nd OCP) Hold fees 3-6 months $500 Hold fees 6-12 months $1500 Buyout OCP/Hero $12,000 - All media including print. Buyout Secondary OCP $6,000 - All media excluding print. 15% agency fee if you have an agent. Buyout is only payable if talent is in the final cut of the commercial. All fees are in CAD. Buyout Fees includes all lifts, versions, edits. Term: 2 years from 1st use. Non paid and organic media should be in perpetuity - social, award shows, client and agency websites for archival use. Conflict / Exclusivity: Medications for Gastroenterology/Inflammatory Bowel Disease. Renewals: $13,200 OCP 2nd 2 Year Renewal - All Media $6,000 OCP 2 year print only renewal (no exclusivity) $6,600 Secondary OCP 2nd 2 year term Sessions Payable within 30 days of shoot. Buyout payable pending appearance in final edit, payable prior to first airdate. Renewals calculated + 10% on previous year term.
