About the play: Step into the courtroom for a gripping tale of betrayal, secrets and shocking twists! Leonard Vole stands accused of murdering a wealthy widow who made him her sole heir. As conflicting testimonies emerge, the truth becomes a puzzle that will leave you guessing until the final verdict. Adapted from Agatha Christie's Traitor's Hands, this tense courtroom drama will have you on the edge of your seat, questioning everything you think you know. Additional information: Auditions MUST be booked in advance. You will be asked to please list ANY potential conflicts. CALL-BACK DATE/TIME: Sunday July 27, 2025, 7:00 to 10:00 pm. If you are auditioning, please keep this date open until advised otherwise.LOCATION: Scarborough. Commence: Sunday, November 2, 2025. 7:00 to 10:00 pm (first read-through/general orientation). Continue: Wednesday & Mondays 7:00 to 10:00 pm. Sundays 7:00 to 10:00 pm. NOTE: Scripts will be available immediately following casting, to enable memorization time prior to the first rehearsal. NOTE: A detailed rehearsal schedule will be available to selected cast members who will be called only when needed. There is a potential for secondary roles in the courtroom. Some of the roles are not required and options are available depending on auditions and actor choices. If required, the secondary characters in the courtroom will be doubled up with other characters.
