6 roles

FoxBoth genders18-25 y.o.All ethnicities

18+ to play a teenager. Co-Chair of the Junior Historical Society. Plays a “Guide” in the show. Hyper-focused on history, and really excited for this show. Honestly, though: Fox gets pretty excited about everything, and can be too willing to believe. And yes, they absolutely selected their chosen name as an homage to Fox Mulder from the X-Files.

Niahm (pr. NEE-Vuh)Female18-25 y.o.All ethnicities

18+ to play a teenager. Co-Chair of the Junior Historical Society. Plays a “Guide” in the show. Very by the book. Definitely a Virgo. Dedicated to this project, super proud of her hard work. She’s the Scully to Fox’s Mulder, trying to keep things grounded while her partner jumps to bonkers conclusions.

Elliot Harris-WittMale30-56 y.o.All ethnicities

The faculty sponsor of the Jr. Historical Society. Married to Maggie. Plays a “Guide” in the show Got really into genealogy during the pandemic, and is very excited that his wife—the “Harris” of the hyphenated surname—is a descendant of a man who had a freaking town named after him. Elliot and his family are new in town, but he is 100% committed to the community of Westminster… but wouldn’t it be cooler if it was called “Harris” again?

Maggie Harris-WittFemale30-56 y.o.All ethnicities

Elliot’s wife. A performer in the WJHS show, she plays the “Wistful Widow”. A retired stage actress who is participating in this event to support her husband, but she’s not really into it. Maggie was reluctant to leave New York City to become a suburban mom in Colorado but turns out she loves it… and would really rather be home with her kid than doing this little skit.

“B.J.” JackowskiBoth genders30-56 y.o.All ethnicities

Dating Niahm’s older sister. Volunteered to help with the tech for the WJHS show. Also portrays the “Resentful Farmer." Honestly, it’s weird that BJ is participating in this thing. Since they usually make fun of Niahm’s interest in history, and is a total technophile. Motto is “S.T.E.M. not roots”.

Desi the School-MistressFemale30-56 y.o.All ethnicities

An enigmatic woman, very committed to her role as “Disgruntled School-Mistress”. Desi never drops character, even when things start to go sideways. Quick-witted and able to spin an olde-timey excuse for any modern anachronisms that intrude into her scenes.
