"Once Upon a Mattress" Show Casting Performers

About the project: "Once Upon a Mattress" is a musical comedy based on the fairy tale "The Princess and the Pea," with a twist. The story revolves around Prince Dauntless and the kingdom's rule that no one can marry until he does. Queen Aggravain, determined to keep him single, devises impossible tests for any potential princess. Enter Princess Winnifred, a boisterous and unconventional young woman who challenges the Queen's authority and captures Prince Dauntless's heart. Through humor and a bit of trickery, Winnifred aims to pass the Queen's "sensitivity test" (the one with the pea under the mattresses) and secure her place as the Prince's bride, while also helping other couples in the kingdom find love. Additional info: All performers are being considered for multiple roles regardless of which role you choose for the audition. Callbacks on Friday, July 11th.
